Muckenstich

A trick-taking game with four suits. Suits each have cards numbered 1-12 (two 12s and one of all other numbers), and three mosquito cards (no number, but they are always the highest card played in that suit). Players score plus one point for each card and negative five for each mosquito taken in a trick. Some of the twists: A player playing a mosquito card gets to name trump when they do (a second mosquito would allow for a second change in trump). The player with the least amount of tricks at the end of a hand declares one suit in which points will count double (only positive points are doubled). The player with the most mosquitoes then decides which suit (apart from the doubled suit) will not count at all (again - this applies only to number cards, not mosquitoes. - BoardGameGeek
